Images worth a thousand words

One of the first action items for companies we work with is to get a bank or store of great images. They work hard when it comes to publicity. Media want images, readers and viewers love images. Indeed studies show readers look first at the picture, the caption, then the headline then start reading if they are interested. A great pic is gold for everyone!

Here is a great example of a company that has great images and how one was used in a high profile industry interview that delivers huge credibility to the company – and it wasn’t even interviewed – the reporter used one of their images and credited the company. Presto! High profile industry media and association with a leader in the space just through a pic. So make sure you have great images and they are easily accessible, tagged for search and include a note saying license free with a credit to your company.
